Little Finland - The National Finnish American Festival
  ACTIVITIES

It seems as though Little Finland has something happening all the time. The Chorus practices every Monday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. from October to June, and sings at most events. Traditional Finnish kansanlaula are sung. The Chorus also performs for special occasions. The Dance group is undergoing a transition as older members leave. Children are learning the folk dances and will assure the ethnic tradition of Finnish dance continues. A Finnish language class is held for an hour or two every Monday night. The NFAF Board meets the second Monday of the month. Annual monthly events take place throughout the year.
